Will I have to go to court?
You will not necessarily have to go to court. The majority of cases are resolved without having to go to trial, however we are fully prepared to litigate your case when needed. As your attorneys, we will thoroughly prepare you for court, and we will stand by your side while we actively represent you. If you specifically do not wish to go to court, we will do our best to develop a strategy which will not require your appearance.
